Just tweet with Jeff Gordon and he mentioned that HTC already sent out shipping confirmation to many customer. Anyone here got any credit card charges or shipping E-mail from HTC? I pre ordered on 12th and still nothing.

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, my card was charged on the 22nd.

I'm still hoping my 10 arrives before I go on holiday in a week and a half. As it stands, I'll have it in hand before AT&T unravels the mysteries involved with updating my M8 to Marshmallow (they just pushed projected delivery back "a couple" of weeks).

If they start shipping on Monday of next week then I suspect most of us will have our phones by the end of next week or early the following week. That said, I am not sure where they are shipping from. I am assuming the US but that could be a bad assumption.

I am having the same problem. I hope it isn't indicative of the rest of the company. I've been using HTC for about 5 years and have been fairly happy with it, but this questionable customer service is bothering me.

When playing with the display model in the store, I used the HTC messaging app. I wasn't able to figure out a way to respond to incoming texts without opening the messaging app. Is there a way to do this? I downloaded the Google messaging app, which had this capability.

Sorry if this is a noob question. I'm coming to Android from Windows Phone...

I don't think htc messages offers this I may be wrong but even if it doesn't Google messages or Verizon messages does have the pop up window

Ordered my VZW HTC 10 from HTC yesterday and used the HTC promo code to get the 100 dollars off, so it was a total of 599. No shipping info, though. Went through HTC directly to avoid VZW trying to force me to drop my unlimited data. The only color offered was the silver color and of course I plan to add extra storage as soon as I arrives. I'll try and come back to post as soon as HTC gives me a ship date.

A third party app will do this for you. Not sure what HTC might give you over a third party app but I use Textra and it does exactly what you are asking. You can deal with the ad version (very low ads but still....ads). Or pay 2.50 for the "pro" version with liftetime updates.

I've had numerous issues with them on HTC phones in the past. They can't seem to handle any cancelations or order changes, so my advice is let placed orders alone and hope for shipment to start this week.

The US unlocked phones are shipped from a warehouse in NJ, I believe. Digital River company handles this and they are the WORST customer service ever. I've had numerous issues with them on HTC phones in the past. They can't seem to handle any cancelations or order changes, so my advice is let placed orders alone and hope for shipment to start this week.

^ 100% agree with this. I too have had issues with Digital River. They also handle Blackberry if I'm not mistaken which is where I've had issues.
