My plan is whenever I get the tracking numbers to notify FedEx to hold it at the FedEx Location so I can pick it up. The one it should go to for me is in Rockford and they are open until 7:30 Fridays, and 3:00 on Saturdays. It should make it from Carol Stream to Rockford by Saturday I think. Or I can just wait til Monday, I just don't like the thought of it sitting outside all day at my house. Stupid kids in the neighborhood have already been going through unlocked cars and took a bike out of my back yard(returned it, though).

Typically NO they will not.. Unless it's sent out FedEx P1 for Saturday delivery..... You might get lucky if you talk to the local service depot where they package is at.... If it's going FedEx ground my FedEx account manager wouldn't even let me pick hold for pick up at local FedEx Kinko's location (which is what I do with express packages) Now FedEx ground typically considers Saturday a delivery day for most residential delivery addresses so if you live close enough and it's typically one day shipping you might just get delivery on a Saturday.

I just told them I wanted to know what the status was on my order shipping since it has already charged on my card. About 3 minutes later he told me that the info was sent to FedEx and should ship tomorrow when they pick up.

They wouldn't let me. As soon as I got the tracking # from Google and my FedEx account manager notified me a shipment was headed to my address I tried to do it online via the account manager and the option wasn't allowed. I called them and they told me hold for pick up was not an option for my package. No clue why? It went ground and I've never had an issue with express shipments... Anyway. I ended up taking an early and long lunch today to sit in my living room and freak out every time a truck drove down the street..... Now know how my dogs feel everytime they hear a noise outside........
Ha. That sucks. I don't know why they wouldn't do a hold. I'll still try, unless they somehow say it will be delivered Saturday. I doubt that though.

Question, I have a 32 I ordered on the 11th when they were running the promo for $50 google play credit. I snagged a 64 this morning ( should ship sooner than the 32). If I wait till they ship the 32 in order to get the play credit with the plans of keeping the 64 and RMA'ing the 32 will they take the play credit back?

I logged on and signed up for my ups or something like that and you put in your address and anything that is being shipped there UPS will send you an email.

Wow, just followed the tracking and Fedex said it's due to be delivered tomorrow!?! Shipping early with free overnight delivery? Can't complain about the customer service!!

Has anyone who's received theirs via FedEx had to sign for it? I can't be home Monday and don't want a door tag. The FedEx app isn't letting me customize the delivery.

No they just drop it off. If you check the order on their website it will also say that.

My card was charged on Oct 28th and has been in processing since last evening. So I'm guessing my phone will arrive at some point next week. My luck it will ship tomorrow and that next day delivery will have been a waste of money since it most likely won't arrive until Mon or Tues.
Funny that the same model is showing in the play store and leaves the warehouse in 2 days. So glad I jumped on the early bandwagon....lol

Just looked it up when you go to the ups site and under where you can put in a tracking number there is a tab that says ups my choice click and sign up for it . It takes a few minutes to sign up after that anything being sent to your address they will let you know. hope that helps
Okay I got it setup but nothing is showing up. For upcoming not even a pack for Monday from amazon. Oh well I'll just wait another day to see if they will give me a tracking number.
