Okay I got it setup but nothing is showing up. For upcoming not even a pack for Monday from amazon. Oh well I'll just wait another day to see if they will give me a tracking number.

Had project fi 32gb nexus 6p aluminum on preorder since 10-21-15 with 11-26-15 delivery. By chance google play had it in stock for 1-2 shipping tonight and ordered it. Cancelled the preorder and the google play purchased tonight showing processing and will ship tomorrow. Guess I am forfeiting the $50 play store credit or is there something I can do the get it still??

Yeah I got the email on the 28th at 11am called also they told me they would send me an email for the tracking but never did. Call back today and that is when they told me a select few people are getting their shipments sooner then late Nov.

Shipped From: IL through FEDEX
New Estimated Delivery(1 day shipping): OCT 30th

It appears the Fi Sim is being shipped with the phone since they were in the same email. Also haven't received the email for 50% off of a case or the email for the $50 play store credit.

My $50 Google Play credit just came in today at 4:51 PM PST

Did you get your 50% off a case notification too? I'm curious how that will time out.

My 50% case email just came in today at 5:54 PM PST. So that's everything google has promised, pending my phone arriving tomorrow.

Has anyone who's received theirs via FedEx had to sign for it? I can't be home Monday and don't want a door tag. The FedEx app isn't letting me customize the delivery.

I happened to be home to sign for mine. I'm not sure if they'd just leave it if you're not there, but I had to sign for both the phone and the case deliveries.

Mine arrives tomorrow, but looking at the FEDEX tracking page, it says "No signature required" under the special handling section.

When you look on the Huawei Store when you check your order. And track it, it doesn't say who the shipper is all it says is shipper and the shipper number. Who do you think that is. UPS or FedEx?

When I called yesterday or the day before the rep told me it's shipped via UPS and that it MUST be signed for.

Leaves Warehouse ETA Nov 2nd
Delivery ETA Nov 2-3

If I don't get billed and shipped by Friday then I don't think they will make the ETA unfortunately.

Update
Called CSR just to check if my order was delayed and it is not delayed.
CSR assured me I would be receive a shipping/tracking information on or before Nov 2. They clarified that the shipping/tracking info will not be sent until Google's Warehouse has actually receive my order and has been shipped out by Google to FedEX.

No change.
Just that on Nov 2nd I would get my shipping/tracking info or delay info.

I assume my status will not change to processing until Nov 2nd and their inventory shows my specific order is in hand to ship.

I will keep you guys and girls updated but until Nov 2 I am signing off. Good luck everyone.

32gb Aluminum ordered on 10/23 and delivered 10/29. Did not opt for higher shipping either.

Pretty happy with it so far. Def feels better in hand than the N6

I'm tempted to just cancel my order and re-order another 32GB since they are available in the play store right now.

I'll call Google in the AM since it was ordered though project fi and see how the whole invite thing will work and if they can just forward me an invite right away. I'm sorry I just find this terribly stupid that people have to jump though all sorts of hoops to get a friggin mass produced phone in 2015. Apple learned their lesson and has made ordering, shipping, financing, buying an iPhone like the simplest thing on earth. Meanwhile I'm stuck in the mud for a month already with the 6p ordering system they have in place.

And some wonder why people like us get frustrated. So Google made improvements compared to past Nexus releases? A polished turd is still a turd at the end of the day. Or the end of what ever day Google decides is a good time for them to deliver my phone.

Hey at least you could order phones this year, last year it was every other Wed as long as the moon was in half perigee and the temperature outside wasn't above 50° and you had 1.3 kids, but they weren't born on a day divisible by Pi.

I did the same as you yesterday but i think we will lose0th.-3 the $50 google play credit by doing this of cancelling preorder. my preorder was due by november 25.

My FedEx delivery instructions in my email from Google said No Signature Required. They would have left it at the door if I was not home waiting for it yesterday. If you do have to leave early you might want to have a neighbor pick it up or get a friend or relative to do that for you.
