I don't understand why people are calling Google for deadlines that haven't even passed yet. I see a ton of people that say that they contacted Google about their phone when their original delivery date is Nov 5th-9th. WTF? Have a little patience!

Not bashing you or anything but if you place an order at the launch of this device (9/29) and its well over a month and have not received your device or an explanation, those individuals have a right to question Google customer service. Then on top of that some order in the middle of October and already received their phone is troubling. Google needs to do better with launching a phone and have it available for the customers period, it's an issue for them ever year.

Just called and spoke to Google CS to ask about my 6P (frost 64gb, ordered 9/30, still pending) and if it would indeed be shipping out today. He told me that he was sorry to say that it was taking longer than expected to get those orders out and it would be delayed and that I'd get a $25 refund.

Then when I asked when it "would" ship out, he put me on hold to "get some more accurate information" and then came back and said that it would almost definitely be shipping today and I should just wait for the confirmation email and that Google tries to never delay shipments unless absolutely necessary so I should see a shipment email today.

Seems like kind of mixed messages but...I am at least moderately hopeful.

Support is pretty much telling me the same as you. Order is delayed. Transferred me to Shipping support. They say order is still scheduled to ship by end of day. So I guess we will see.
 
I called Friday and was told that Customer support would get back to me within 24 - 72 hours. No call back as yet. I ordered the phone (128GB Aluminum) on 9/29 immediately after it went live and it's been stuck in Pending ever since. The Play store order info says it was supposed to leave the warehouse last Friday.
 
Was shocked to find I could order a 128 GB in Frost today. Pleasant surprise after what the Mets did to me this weekend.
 
Day #7 of my 32GB graphite being stuck in processing. November 2 was my "Leaves Warehouse By" date, so hopefully something happens by the end of today. I don't have much hope though. The charge from last Monday has been dropped off my credit card, so at least when it does charge again I probably will get the notification. For reference, I ordered on September 29 at 2:00pm eastern time.
 
So many people questioning why other members are calling Google. It's not like Google CS employees aren't paid. We spent a lot of money and Google wants us to be happy. Call CS all you want, everyone!

Ordered Graphite 32 GB with Project Fi on 10/18.
Also, I financed the device with Google.
Have been sitting in Purgatory Pending since 10/25.
Have a "Leaves Warehouse by November 9th" on Google Play Store.
Woke up from a dream this morning that I had the shipping e-mail....
I need to stop reading these forums before bedtime!

Which part of the country are you in? I ordered exactly the same (32-Graphite) through Fi on 10/4. My order is still pending. I'm just wondering if your order was processed first because it ships from a different warehouse? I'm in southern California.

Mine has been "processing" since Thursday. It is supposed to leave the warehouse by today, but still hasn't changed to "shipped" yet. The option to cancel the order has gone away, so I'm hoping it really does ship today!
 
So today's customer service representative insists that all orders are being shipped in order of when they were placed, which we all know isn't true. The representative also didn't believe me and said they need to do an investigation to confirm their inconsistent shipping logistics.

Will anybody who ordered their phone last week and has it shipped already be kind enough to share their order number? I'm not sure if their is any sensitivity in the order number so I completely understand if it's not a good idea, but Google seems to be denying anything wrong with their pre-order process.

It arrived! Coming from a Droid Turbo, the size isn't bad! Nice and thin (the Turbo was a chunky phone)! And finally a phone that isn't made out of cheap feeling materials.

Model 32 GB Aluminum. Originally wanted 64gb graphite, but couldn't wait! I'm just going to have to move my big files to my computer, if run out of space.

FYI: My nephew ordered a 32 GB Graphite on 9/29 and received it on Friday, 10/30.

I ordered a 32 GB Aluminum on 10/30 and it is out for delivery today via FedEx - Standard Overnight Service - No signature required.

Update: Just received a delivery confirmation e-mail at 14:20. On my way to pick it up now at my sister's house.

I see some ordered are going FedEx Ground which surprises me. I thought Google used Express for all shipping.

same exact thing here. could have cancelled it earlier today but now that option is gone. what kind of phone did you order? i am going with the 64GB Aluminum ordered on 10/4
