Yesterday at 4 in the evening my order was pending for an hour and then after that it went to processing and it has been processing since yesterday it is supposed to take that long?
Same config for me, has been Processing for 4 days. Credit card Pending transaction for 4 days.
EDIT: Charge has been removed from my credit card...

Just got off the phone with support. There are, apparently, "issues" with the 128GB phones. I asked for clarification, but none was given. No estimated date for resolution. Google is making it very difficult to remain a loyal customer.

Oh, and that breaking story about Graphite 128GB 6P phones is bunk. Yes, the store is allowing you to order them, but they don't have any to ship.

Son of a B****. So my 64GB graphite ordered 26 days ago is still pending, but the 64GB aluminum I ordered 2 hours ago, as another experiment, is already processing. I really liked the understated color of the graphite, but since I'll be using a case I guess I should just get over it. Seriously though, WTF?

Here is my question. I still want the $50 google play credit attached to my graphite preorder. Do I let it ship and then just take it to the nearest Fedex office and tell them I refuse delivery? That way I don't have to pay for return shipping? I know from getting the 5x the credit code is emailed to you right after it ships or arrives, and I think I've seen a few other people post that it is still good even if you return the phone?

So I got the shipping notice on the aluminum 64GB I ordered this weekend, and it will be delivered to my house tomorrow. Graphite 64GB I ordered on Oct 4 is still pending but within the window of "leaves warehouse by Nov 5". I called google CS and asked about the return policy, and they confirmed that if I use the aluminum and decide to return it within 15 days I just need to pay return shipping. The CS also said that I can call CS back, and if I decide to keep the aluminum I can ask to have the $50 google play credit (for my graphite that is still pending) transferred to the aluminum, if I want to just cancel the graphite order. Interesting.

I'll see how the aluminum looks with the cheap all black case on it. If I am ok with how it looks then I may try to just get the credit transferred. Still kind of aggravating, but at least I have a backup plan now.
 
ordered 128gb aluminium on launch day (29th Sept 6:30ish pm GMT). had del dates of 3-5 Nov. Order status changed from pending to processing on Fri 30th Oct. Contacted Google via support chat and they confirmed order still scheduled for del on 2nd Nov. Contacted Google again today, only to be told that it has been delayed and I will receive and email about it soon. Option to cancel now gone and still haven't received this email to confirm delay. Defeinlty wont be purchasing hardware again from google in future. Bad customer comms. Not happy!
 
How's that 5x treating you?

Not bad actually. Get great battery life (got it to last 2 days during an emergency the other day), hadn't had any cell signal issues, screen is pretty good, not really noticing much lag. It is a step up over the 2014 Moto X as it should be. If I don't want to deal with the size of the 6P I will be quite happy to keep the 5X to be honest.
 
I ordered a 64 GB Aluminium on Sept. 29, minutes after the store links went live.

Was given a November 5-9 Delivery window.

Went to "processing" on October 23. Then "Shipped" October 26, with delivery estimated for Oct. 29. Then. Nothing. The tracking number says "label created." Called Google CS many times. Finally got someone who said it looks like it was lost and they would have to issue a refund. No, they can't just send me a phone with the existing order. No, they can't bump me to the front of the line. I decided to go ahead and re-order, which wasn't easy since it means laying out another $584.

Reordered on Friday, Oct. 30. Got an expected ship date of November 12. On Sunday, November 1, my second order flipped to "processing." Got a shipment notification day, with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Fingers crossed that this one doesn't get lost.

Called Google and they are processing a refund on my first order, as that package is still AWOL.
 
Not adding much to this conversation, but it's been comforting to read today. I ordered a 32gb Graphite on or around Oct 19th which remained in pre-order status the entire time. When the 64gb Aluminum model came back in stock, I canceled the 32gb and ordered the 64gb on Oct 29th. On Oct 30 in the morning, the 64gb was processing, but nothing new yet today. I ordered through Project Fi, and I noticed a pending charge for the shipping and tax, but that eventually went away (the charge is not there today.) ETA is Nov 17-18, but I'm hopeful I'll get it faster given how things are going. Of course, that's not very fair to those of you who pre-ordered, but that fact has already been clearly establish. What a mess this has become.
 
Damn! Last Friday I cancelled my 64GB Aluminum order and ordered Graphite instead. I should have kept the original, might have received the phone this week. :-(

Ordered same exact model on the same date. Currently mine is processing. Hoping I get a shipping confirmation soon.
 
The more time goes by today without a status change on my 64 Frost the more aggravated I get. It's one thing to not ship the phone early during all of this ordering and shipping ridiculousness, but if my order now gets delayed I'm going to really get peeved. 64 frosts have gone out. not many but some, and this is just getting ludicrous at this point.

My pre-order 64GB Graphite from 9/30 with estimated delivery of Nov 10-12 stuck in pending for almost 2 weeks. My credit card that was used for pre-order was compromised so the bank cancelled my card and issued the new one. I called Google CS and they told me to cancel the order and place a new one. I was concerned about losing $50 Google store credit.

However, reading your post it seems that I could keep $50 credit on my new order then?

I just placed another order for 32GB Aluminum and got estimated date of delivery as Nov 6-10, Google play store shows leaving warehouse by Nov 3rd! I might get this one before my pre-order one!
 
Ordered 64 GB Alu on 10/29 with expected ship date 11/13, went into processing on 10/30. Till now its still processing. Spoke to CC and they said they will ship as per the dates plan that is 11/13.
Has anybody last week order for 64 GB ALU went into shipping?
 
Not to tick anyone off, but I ordered the phone last night, November 1st, at 9pm, I got an email earlier today confirming the shipping. It is expected to arrive on Wednesday (11/5).

I ordered the 6P, Aluminum 64 gig with nexus protect.

A couple of my friends ordered a couple weeks ago and did not get the email.

Hopefully everyone gets their phone soon.
 
I'm in the same boat. My 64GB frost has been processing since Thursday. The option to cancel is now gone, but that's the only change. This whole debacle is just nuts. Their shipping system is clearly broken.
