I did not realize all of the issues people were facing when I originally posted. I have no idea why my order would ship so quickly.

Ya it's kinda of stupid, most of the people who pre-ordered on announcement day are all waiting for the rest of the world to order later and get theirs... then the people who ordered first may get their units in if they lucky enough to have any left in stock which is starting to look doubtful.

Are aluminum 64's really just available to order and ship asap? This is making me really question if I should cancel my frost....but after waiting so long it seems like I should just stick it out. Still, the complete lack of information from Google is really getting depressing.

My order from Friday is sitting in processing with an estimated date of 11/18, so I'd go with no. But I'll keep you posted

No, that would be an educated guess. Google cannot even do that correctly.

Just spoke with CSR. Google apologizes but my order (64 gb frosty 10/2/15) is delayed. They are receiving a large shipment of devices tomorrow and expect my phone to be delivered by 11/13/15. FML. I should be receiving the delay email by the end of today. Sorry, guys.

If the 32gb is back in stock and ships in 1 to 2 days anyone think i should cancel mine which says ship by nov 12th which i ordered fri night?

I ended up ordering 32GB Aluminum today around 2:30pm and this order already in processing and ready to leave warehouse by Nov 3, credit card has been charged and all vs. my original pre-order 64GB Graphite that has been in PENDING for 2 weeks with delivered date of Nov 10-12, credit card has never been charged either.

It looks like I gonna get the one I ordered today first!

See this is the BS. I just talked to the Team Lead as I found it very inappropriate the rep said my option was to cancel the order or wait. None of this information was provided. This is the problem right here. There own staff has no idea what anyone else is saying. It is so ridiculous.

I can't believe a huge batch of shipments haven't gone out today.. I mean, really? We are approaching the Ship-by dates of all the original orders.. These things should be filling up every Fedex truck across the country.

Same thing happened to me, but 64 GB graphite vs alum. 9/29 and 10/31 64 GB graphite still in pending.
11/2 64 Gb Alum processing within 2 hours or placing an order.

Ordered 10/29, said expected delivery was end of November, received email notification that it shipped today and will be in my hands tomorrow (per tracking order #) in Chicagoland south sububrbs.

It takes a while for it to process the shipment, get back to google, and have the email sent out. I said earlier I had a case mailed out at 6:00PM according to FedEx and I didn't receive an email from Google until about 1:00AM. Mine was supposed to ship today, I'm not expecting my order screen to update until I wake up tomorrow.

Be nicer to the CS folks, they honestly have no clue what is going on and availability is likely based on warehouse and service you purchased from. Some things seem out of order but Google CS people don't know when their 3rd Party Warehouse is going to get a shipment in and then back out the door.

So is it me, or is the Aluminum all shipping faster. Maybe Googles problem is that the paint used to make Graphite and Frost is the issue.
