It takes a while for it to process the shipment, get back to google, and have the email sent out. I said earlier I had a case mailed out at 6:00PM according to FedEx and I didn't receive an email from Google until about 1:00AM. Mine was supposed to ship today, I'm not expecting my order screen to update until I wake up tomorrow.

except people would have seen it processing on their end, and this is not the case.

Ordered my 64GB Aluminum on Oct 29th. Estimated shipping date was November 12th. I just got my shipping notification! I paid for 2 day shipping so I should have in on Wednesday!

Preordered Aluminium 64 gb on October 3rd. Went to processing on October 30 with pending charge on my card. Saw all these folks ordered the same configuration this weekend and have shipped. Google store says processing but put in my reference number on FedEx and it shipped today to arrive tomorrow! Still no email from Google. Lol.

When I ordered the Galaxy Nexus 3 years ago same thing. I had my phone and it still said processing on their site. Got a shipping email days later. Google's system is so flawed.

Anyhow if you are processing try using your reference number on FedEx. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Shipped Standard Overnight from Illinois. I did not pay for expedited shipping just used the free shipping. I'll take the free upgrade sure.
I did get a Shipped email from Google within an hour from when the status changed to Shipped on their website.

Just got the email and tracking info my 65GB shipped. Ordered it 4 days ago. My 32GB I ordered 3 weeks ago is still pending.

This is just not right....

Yeah, I was told by Google that if I want to keep my $50 play promo credit to wait till the 32GB ships. I'll get a email with a promo code after it ships. Drop the $50 in my play account and RMA the 32GB since I plan to keep the 64.

Are aluminum 64's really just available to order and ship asap? This is making me really question if I should cancel my frost....but after waiting so long it seems like I should just stick it out. Still, the complete lack of information from Google is really getting depressing.

My Aluminum 64GB that was pre-ordered on launch day is still "pending" while people are getting theirs shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Google Store "Experts" I've been chatting with either say there's nothing they can do, or become defensive and say there's no way that pre-orders aren't processing in front of later orders.

I want to just order a 2nd 64GB Aluminum today and wait for it to ship, but with my luck, both will process at the same time and I won't be able to cancel one of them.

That's same boat I was in. But check FedEx as mine shipped with overnight today (free upgrade I guess) but still lists processing on Google.

Agreed, not mad at them for not knowing, at Huawei or Google, but I can't last with my M8 much longer, Verizon and their BS Custom ROM's are Fu**ing my world up.

It sounds like most of the people who are complaining about later orders going out before theirs are talking about different models (color/storage). That's apples to oranges though; if Google doesn't have any of what you ordered in stock, why does that mean they're not allowed to ship anything else? You might as well say they shouldn't ship any Chromecasts until 6P preorders are fulfilled. It doesn't make sense: Huawei is shipping them the models they manufacture as they come off the line, they don't make devices to order. When Google receives 1000 32gb aluminums, they can't wave a wand and turn them into 64gb graphites.

Now there are some reports of same models shipping out of order, and I agree that's lame, but most of the outrage here seems to be based on a seriously dubious understanding of how large-scale manufacturing and vendor distribution networks function.

I ordered a 64 gb Aluminum at about 2am cst last night and it was already shipped this morning at 10:30.

Original order for Nexus 6P 64Gb Alu was placed on 9/29 and had been in pending till now. I ordered another same configuration yesterday and today it has been shipped and will be delivered tomorrow. I have cancelled my 9/29 order. very funny but true.

For clarity: I ordered my 64 gig aluminum late evening on Friday Oct. 30th with a delivery range of the 13th-16th, it went processing that night. Still processing today. Looks like I'm the only aluminum orderer from late last week that hasn't had my phone ship.
