Just been told from a google rep "All the chats and emails are followed and monitored, unfortunately we do not have a complaint form."
I think we need to start a social media campaign, this is getting ridicules!!
Hmm.. from my chat this morning:
"alexander-s-2458
You're not bugging me at all. If you would like to escalate a complaint, all you'll need to do is reply to an email that I can send you. Once I receive your complaint, I can then pass it to my complaints team. "
I then received an email from the guy which said:
"Complaints process
My name is Alex. It was a pleasure speaking with you today.
Please reply to this email with your complaint. I will be able to pass your feedback onto my escalation team."
