Best thing to do is create a free FedEx delivery manager account and it will show you every package shipping to you as soon as there is a label created.

I think that is a false error. If your chosen Username contains any special characters (a "." or "@" for example), it seems the system errors out.
 
Yup I'm in the same boat except I ordered mine on 10/3. The charge showed up yesterday morning. I have a feeling it will ship today. Fingers crossed.

Sorry I type wrong. I went to "processing" Saturday morning and credit card had pending charge. Stayed like that all weekend, up until this morning (tuesday) when the charge was removed.

I keep on wanting to order a 2nd one so I can get this d*** phone and return the other. My first Nexus and likely my last one after this headache.
 
Mine ended up shipping last night as well. They really seem to have no idea. I got 3-4 different answers and really none of them were correct.
 
Figured I'd say screw it, ordered another 64gb aluminum....should have done this a week ago. I'll return which ever one shows up last, this is total BS.

I canceled my order and I'm going back to a can and string....because that's basically how this micro whatever company and Google seem to be communicating these days.

I'm on a week of processing already with no 6p in sight for me. Honestly guys I think we will see a ton of them going out to the pre-orders next week. I feel like I donated to a kick starter project here.
 
What? I ordered my 64g aluminum on opening day and it still is pending. Has said all along it won't arrive till Nov. 10-12th. I don't get it.
 
64gb aluminum ordered on Friday is out for delivery. I would post a screenshot but the ac app crashes every time I attach a photo. It's a mess since the update. Anyways I hope they get here earlier rather than later. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

64gb frost order on 10/4 from play store with ship date has officially passed. Customer service is still not giving any ship dates. No email with $25 credit either. Waiting for them to forward me the credit.

Weirdest thing just happened I ordered my 32GB aluminum last Friday and they took the money out of my account right away and they had it in the Google store as processing. Got the email early this morning it was shipped and it was being delivered tomorrow. Checked my bank account and the money I paid is back in there. Is that normal? I don't think they would ship without charging me

EDIT: I hate moral dilemmas like this, I'll end up calling them to pay, but everything in me yells, "Take it for free!)

I am just off of chat with google store support supervisor. They are sticking to script.

I am seeing a number of posts there that people have ordered the same model (64GB Aluminum) for shipment inside the USA as late as last week and they have already shipped and or have been delivered.

I have a 64Gb aluminum ordered on 29 Sept that is pending and expected delivery of 10-12 Nov. The supervisor said it was expected to ship 5 Nov but there may be an additional 2 day delay.

The customer service Rep assured me that Google tries to honor first ordered, first shipped.....

I am looking to document any cases where a 64Gb aluminum that has been ordered after 2 October has been shipped or delivered (USA only)

Will you be willing to share tracking number or order number with me so I can document this with Google customer support?

I called customer service and they transferred me to shipping regarding my Nexus 6p 64GB Frost.

It's been delayed due to technical difficulties... was supposed to arrive today but my order is still pending.

When did you preorder? What was your leave warehouse eta?
