"I've ordered my Nexus 6P" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

I know how everyone LOVES hearing about 32GB Aluminum shipping stories... so here goes:

- I check the store site last night at 9pm EST(11/2). I see that 32GB Alums have a 'Leaves Warehouse 1-2 days' status.... so I hit BUY.
- 1 hour later (10pm EST - 11/2) the order goes to PROCESSING
- Today (9am EST - 11/3) the order says SHIPPING. I get an email a few minutes later and it has my FEDEX Tracking #. I had selected 1-day shipping, so the Tracking has delivery for tomorrow 11/4.

I was one of the naive fools who pre-ordered a 64gb Frost early on (10/1). I had cancelled my order late last week cause I didn't feel confident of the delivery times. I know that's a different configuration altogether... but I think it's a downright shame that PreOrders were ignored in favor of new orders coming in after launch day. I still don't believe the argument that certain amounts of certain configurations were slated for different regions in the country. It makes no sense to ignore the 64gb preordered from California in lieu of the new order placed from Baton Rouge.

CSR said unexpected delay in shipping/manufacturing would probably push the date back to Nov 7 to processing, and that come time for it to ship, I will receive a $25 refund after it processes and sends out. I just called to see if they could tell me more info where it was! So that was a nice deal, $25 for 2 extra days.

So I would say anyone in a similar boat, actually call CSR. I didn't have to ask about anything, they just went on and on with information, I didn't have to fight it out of them like most CS from other companies (looking at you, Verizon.)

Leaves warehouse by is a joke. It is either in stock and available for purchase, or its not in and should not be able to buy at this point so they can fill all preorders

Since mine won't leave processing, I ordered a 2nd aluminum 64 at 9:15am and showed pending. card showed pending. at 11:30, it went to processing. Curious what will happen now.

Since we clearly have to play games to get a phone shipped, I went ahead and joined the 64GB Frost waiting list. Ordered Day 1 and stuck on pending. If I get an availability email, I'll order another. Just to see if all my patience was unnecessary. Still technically not at the promised delivery dates of Nov 5-9. But neither were the people that already got their phones.

All over a (not so) stupid phone...

Yeah I'm thinking that the case as well. I ended up talking to CS again and she claimed it should ship by the end of the day but I seriously doubt if that happens at this point

I'm still seeing some as "out of stock" on the google store. Unless she just means that the factory has ramped up production and they're refilling their stock of those. Either way, my frost 64 is still pending and I am counting the seconds until it ships

Ordered mine on launch day too & had same delivery estimate as you. No sign of order status changing from pending. If anywhere else did 64gb or 128gb I'd cancel my Google order, but both Voda and CW only seem to do 32gb.

Graphite 32GB was shipped last night at 7PM and I had it today at 11AM!!

Thing is a beauty but oh man do I have to redesign my front page going from 4x1 app space to a 5x1 app space. Adopted case is OK, button overlaps are a little rigid. Used some junk plastic screen protectors and tore them off, what's the recommended glass protectors?

Went into pending - 10/21
Went into processing - 11/3

My estimated delivery day when I ordered is Nov. 10-12. When I contacted Google a few weeks ago, they said everything was set for a Nov. 5 ship date. I'm in California so hopefully I get it Friday or Saturday if they do ship on Thursday.

Updated: My credit card was just charged. Hopefully shipping soon?

Do they ever call back?
And if they do, do they ever offer any more specific information?
As far as I can ascertain, they have access to no more information than I do looking at My Account on the play store?

Take it your formal compliant didn't go far? They still haven't email me from last night to confirm that its been delayed. Bloody useless!
