Mine finally went to Processing tonight. I thought the day would never come. Now I'm just refreshing my page ever hour hoping that it says "shipped." I'm also keeping a close eye on my email for tracking info.

What's the normal wait time between when an order shows "processing" (mine went to processing about about 5pm CST) and when it ships out?
Additionally, I guess there's no way to know how long the normal delivery time is (I did the free shipping option), correct?

Much to my shock I received a tracking number tonight. Order a 32GB Aluminum on 10-21 via Fi and my order status has said arrival 10-26 to 10-30. So it's shipping much early, but is still going standard ground so it will arrive on Monday to CO. I was hoping to for the upgrade to overnight.

When do they send the code out for the $50 Google Play credit?

Where is it shipping from?

I live in CA and noticed that my 64GB Alum shipped 10/02 and supposed to arrive 10/05. Weird though that on Fedex tracking it says it's still sitting in IL since 10/03 at 2am....no status changes. What do you guys think?

Google beat their Nov 10th to 12th arrival date by almost a week.

Despite the shipping prioritization issue, discussed significantly throughout this thread...
I would say I'm def satisfied with the pre-order process.
If it wasn't for this thread and all you fantastic people sharing their experiences, we would all be content waiting for the date quoted when placed.
For those lucky few that got a $25 discount for missed deliver dates, I would say google handled it very fairly!

Thank you all for sharing. I was checking this thread every hour for the last few days to see if any 128 Graphites shipped.

UK 64gb Frost ordered 1/10/15; supposed to arrive 3 - 5 November, it went into processing yesterday morning, shipped by 2pm and is currently out for delivery to meet the 5th November deadline hopefully, only problem is no one is at home to take it, I hope my neighbour will be in!

This has got me so furious... i pre-ordered a 32GB graphite on 10/6. it went to processing on 10/30. card was charged... it's still in processing and i checked my credit card and the charges were taken off.

My opinion is that they went to process the order and didn't have stock to send out so they took the charge off, but didn't send the order back to pending. so all of these new orders are being sent out when the stock arrived in, and the orders that show processing are being missed...

My order switched overnight from Pending to Processing. I feel a little stupid that I paid for overnight shipping, but when I ordered they were projecting shipping just days before I leave on vacation and I wanted to make sure I received it before I left. Having it shipped to my business address, so we'll see if that goes smoothly.

128GB Frost, with Protect, ordered the evening of 10/30; originally scheduled to ship 11/13-11/16.

I have to admit that I'm a little anxious now, what with the reports of problems with Bluetooth (especially connection to car systems) and sound volume via headsets and Bluetooth speakers, and a few other quirks ..., but I guess I'll just get it and see for myself. I really want this phone to be everything I'm hoping.

Update for me:

Ordered 2 128gb Graphite with nexus protect Nov 3rd about 1130AM
Went from pending to processing later that day and card charged.

Shipped last night Nov 4th at 11:46PM from Cali. Says it'll be here next Wednesday.


Hopefully the earlier guys got their 128gb graphites last night.

UGHHHH, as soon as I got the email with credit card issues due to a compromise which I told google about months ago at this point i updated it to the new card on my google payments account. You would think that would trigger shipping since they hit my card, but noooooooo.

My 10/5 order of 64 aluminum shipped yesterday!! I was disappointed because it's coming from Cali to Louisiana and wouldn't be here by the weekend. Surprised this morning when I tracked it and it was shipped OVERNIGHT for free! Tracking says it'll be here before 4:30pm. If it gets delivered this morning, I'm leaving work so I can go grab it! Excited again, can't wait!

Doubtful about the upgrade to overnight shipping but, hey, I've been wrong before. Hang in there man, I'm still trapped in pending status as well.
