Mine is showing delivery for Wednesday next week, which of course is the start of my vacation and I will be not there to get the phone. I'm going to request it to be held at a FedEx location by my office. I'm probably better off not getting it before my vacation so that it won't distract me from my vacation. I would have enjoyed the better camera though.

I'm a 64GB graphite ordered 10/02/15. My order went to processing last night but no word on shipping yet. This is bs.

The pending charge did show back up this morning on my card though!

More 64GB Frost shenanigans.

Went to processing last night, cc was compromised so it rejected as expected, updated the payment within 2 mins of the email. Now they are telling me the phone will ship as if it was newly ordered and in that order only and that they did not have my phone at this time again.

SO F U GOOGLE

I ordered mine on 9/30 and it has been in pending for couple of weeks. Then cc was compromised and rejected as well. I updated it so now the charge is pending and status on google store shows processing. I called CS before and they told me or reassured me that it would not be delayed. They didn't tell me the order would be treated as the new order. So we shall see if that will be happening to me.

Another day, another oppertunity to get my hopes up that my 64 frost will go processing and shipped to likely only be shot down in disappointment yet again!

Yeah feel the same way... I check my email waiting for the email to tell me it ship but nothing
Go to google store and check my order status and it just says Pending and ordered 30 days ago SMDH

64 frost ordered 10/7.
Leave warehouse by 11/2
Called CS and told frost is completely out of stock. No estimation of when it will be ready to ship. Can cancel and order different color which should ship by 11/12 or 11/14. Otherwise just have to wait and see.

Yeah customer service told me that as well but the thing is there no 64gb in store and I don't need 128gb and don't want to pay that extra price

First pending charge on credit card on 10/28 when it went to processing. The charge disappeared a week later and another charge appeared yesterday evening. The new charge is still pending and the status is still processing.
Ordered, 32 GB Aluminium from Fi project. Today is the 9th day in processing.

I have officially canceled my order since support is so clueless and can't do anything but refer me to a specialist through email. I have been waiting for a reply from the specialist for about 72 hours. Hopefully cancelling my pre-order from over a month ago will help someone that ordered it today get it by tomorrow with free overnight shipping. Even though i'm within my estimated delivery date starting today I believe that I would have received my order by now if they shipped it out on time. It clearly states "leaves warehouse by nov 2" and says nothing about that being an estimate. They say that they are shipping orders in the order as they were received which is clearly BS and is one of the main reasons I cancelled. Good luck to everyone that has been waiting over a month.

I understand exactly how you feel. Nothing has ever pushed me towards an iPhone 6s plus like this Nexus launch. People who ordered just this week already have their devices, and many who have had a pre-order for over a month are still waiting. WTF, Google?

Just noticed my 64GB Frost ordered the evening of 9/29 is finally in "Processing". Looks like they will hit the ETA of Nov 5-9th as expected. Card has the charge pending so it should go out today I would think so I may have to work from home tomorrow.

I still wonder what my experience would have been had I not cancelled my 64GB Graphite order I placed as soon as I saw the pre-orders were live. ETA on that was mid November so I was happy that when I had a change of heart and decided to go with the Frost it was scheduled to ship a week or so earlier.

So I had a lot of hope when my 128 graphite status changed from pending to processing last night (and has a pending charge on my card) but just chatted google cs, i'm not so sure it will ship based on their original ship date 11/5

It will most likely ship out tonight. My 128GB Graphy went to processing late Tuesday night (11/3) and it shipping last night. It is on truck to be delivered as I type this.

64GB Graphite ordered 10/04 through Project Fi. Pending for about two weeks.
I have called and chatted with both Google Store and Fi support, not much help. Yesterday called and chatted with Project Fi. Usual boilerplate: "we are showing your order will be on time."

When I pressed further on the phone, agent said "oh, we're showing your order is held due to lack of stock. We don't have any information regarding when stock will be available, but we do still show your order will be on time." They also said that if I order a new one from Fi, if it's available to order then they have a device in stock already, and a specific unit is attached to my order. In other words - I'm basically "buying one off the shelf."

REALLY? Then how are ANY showing available to order, when they've barely started filling pre-orders? By definition, if they don't have enough inventory to compete pre-orders, that means every unit built so far is already sold! And before the trolls start in - no I haven't missed my delivery date, but I'm about to. If they get it to me in time great - but if they sell available stock before filling pre-orders, without knowing when new inventory is coming, then filling a new order WILL delay pre-orders. That is what's happening. And what's worse - this isn't just different groups not communicating and coordinating - this seems to be happening within project Fi itself! I'm really disappointed. I hope that (eventually) starting my Fi service goes more smoothly than this launch has.

Anyway, they told me that I can cancel and re-order. Because I financed it through Fi, I would need to cancel my existing order first or just pay outright for new order. Oh, and it takes up to 24 hours for cancellation to process before I can finance a new one. That seems risky to me.

Unbelievable they can't do even a basic change to a pre-order. Why bother with CS reps if they can't do anything?

Welcome brother! Hopefully our boxes will bless each other ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR (GOOGLE GET THESE THINGS OUT NOW PLoX) 64GB Graphite, Ordered Oct 2nd from Google. Processing since last night and card charged last night as well!

Just got my shipping label created email at 11:20 pm CT estimated delivery tmr 11/6 end of day.
I live 45 mins away from Carol Stream so it's just 1 day (I didn't pay for shipping)

Original dates
Ordered 10/1
Leaves warehouse 11/5
Eta 11/10-12

Hopefully all the early 128 Graphite users got theirs or will get theirs soon.

We've been waiting for a long time!
