The standby time on my 6p has not been that great so far. It went from a 100 percent to 96 in 2 hours. Maybe it is because I'm connected to my smartwatch

100% to 96% in two hours and that's not great?

What exactly are you used to if thats not great? My current phone drops about 5% per hour.

If you are talking about DOZE, the phone needs to be completely still for at least a half hour to take advantage of doze, and that would still seem like pretty good numbers for doze.

I didn't even wake the screen up for those 2 hours. It was completely idle

Update - 64Gb Frost ordered on 10/2 finally went to Processing this morning.

Still might call Support for a better update. When I ordered my case a spare charger, it sat on Processing until the day after it was delivered .... then switched to shipped with no tracking details.

My 32GB Graphite ordered on 10/30 with original estimate of 11/18-11/20 shipped last night and is on a Fedex vehicle for Delivery today!

I would expect to lose 2 percent in 6-8 hours

This is a bit off topic for this thread guys. That said, I agree that 2%/hr seems a little high. However, it's not unusual to have increased battery drain after significant updates, which I'm sure were required when you set it up. Also the battery probably isn't fully conditioned for a few full charge cycles. If you're still getting that in 3-4 days, check your battery usage in settings, and perhaps try a wakelock detector?

I hope that is the case

Ordered 32 GB Graphite on 10/30, but through Project Fi. Mine shows "Pre-ordered : December 10 -14" :(

So you've had success with that and it worked? I've been promised that mine (64GB Graphite) will ship tomorrow. If I don't have a shipped status by tomorrow I'm cancelling and ordering 64GB Alum.

Yes i did. Received the Alum model within 2 days of ordering. Free overnighted as well. Hope that helps!

Here's what the FTC says about the '30 Day Rule' (article 0221)

------------
Delays
If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date. The seller also must give you some way to exercise the cancellation option for free — for example, by supplying a prepaid reply card or staffing a toll-free telephone number.

- If you don’t respond — and the delay is 30 days or less — it’s assumed that you accept the delay and are willing to wait for the merchandise.
- If you don’t respond — and the delay is more than 30 days — the order must be canceled by the 30th day of the delay period and a full refund issued promptly.

If the seller can’t meet the revised shipping date, it must notify you again by mail, email or telephone and give you a new shipping date or cancel your order and give you a refund.
------------

Google is probably in the good by not charging you up front and giving you a method of canceling the order. Huawei on the other hand, charges up front and does not provide an easy way to cancel the order and from what I have heard, you must contact them to get the revised shipping date that may or may not come true.

I dont get why Google is failing at this, seems to be pretty simple, is it possible they never had some of these phones in stock but sold preorders anyway?

Yeah got my delay email around 11pm last night
Ordered 10/5
Original arrival 11/5-9
New arrival 11/7-14

Plus the $25 refund and overnight shipping as well

OMG that is EXACTLY what happened to me last night, I got excited thinking it was to notify me it was gonna get shipped, couldnt believe my eyes, it does even make sense, how can you have delays when you knew over a month ahead of time who ordered what?! Im so mad right now, if this thing doesnt come til the 14th im gonna be very pissed, what good is overnight shipping if they send it out on like the 13th.....

I wouldn't be surprised if demand driven by positive reviews has caused a severe strain on supply.

The same thing happened with the iPhone 6+
