Ugh Lame... Should have ordered cases separately.

Exactly my issue. Preorder on 9/30 for a 11/10-11/12 delivery and now late. NO communication from Google as to the status and it took two phone calls to them to find out what was going on with it. Figures it would be a stupid case that holds the whole thing up and they won't upgrade shipping so it looks like it will be delivered while I'm out of town. The Googler kindly recommended I contact FedEx to have my shipping details changed. Oh, and still no shipping confirmation or email from them.

Received my 128GB Graphite on 11/5/2015 (Ordered 9/29, Delivery Window 11/10-11/12)
AWESOME Phone... 11/7... Fingerprint Scanner died. Followed troubleshooting steps up to Factory resetting phone... Nothing. acted like Scanner didn't exist (No Options in Security Settings). Called Google and went through steps I did. tech contacted engineers and Huawei. Tech said that there was a software update coming on Monday 11/9 it might fix it, but Engineers ad Huawei will contact me. the next day google emailed me with a link to order a replacement unit. It is now due to show up on 11/19 and I am to send back my current unit. Current Unit works great minus Imprint scanner...

I got the same e-mail today 64 Graphite expected delivery by Wednesday 11/18.

original expected delivery was to be 11/24-25.. nice to see they are rolling out sooner. lets hope the build is good with no screen yellowing or wobble in the frame...


now i hope the case arrives this week

I called again and was told it "should" ship out this week. Fingers crossed.

same here. live chat with them yesterday. they were very secretive. the representative told me they are "sending the phones as we speak", not my phone, "phones".
tried to get an exact date for mine and he wouldn't give me. shady...

Just to let you know, same drama is unfolding in India as we speak. Here it is even more muddled as they have smartly tried to tie-up with major offline retailers. End Result: Offline Retailers have 2-3 pieces every say 3-4 stores in a city and that too just the Silver 32 gig variant.
Most pieces are with a single online retailer.

Couldn't fight the urge anymore and went ahead and ordered the aluminum 64 gb with 2 A-C cables. Anyone get theirs before the expected date of receive?

Update!

Ordered 10/8. Estimated Leave warehouse 11/5; delivery 11/5-11/6. No delay email. Just went to processing today with pending charge on credit card!

Pre-ordered mine on the 3rd of November because it haven't been released in Sweden yet. The release dates over here are changing from day to day. First they said the 18th, then 20 and now they say that it has been delayed to December 3rd.

I just tried contacting Huawei after ordering on oct 22nd 128gb aluminum. They are no longer available by live chat and good luck on the phone.

IAW the FTC 30 day rule, i just emailed them with details asking for an update or the right to cancel. According to the rule if you do nothing, you are accepting the delay. Today might not be 30 days but it's close and they charged my cc on Oct 22nd for the full $649, denying me the opportunity of buying something else with the funds...that's my story and i'm sticking to it.

Good luck with email response...i never got one. I ordered 32gb on 10/22 too and they keep on telling me that i'll get it before end of this month...but i am harassing them everyday

128 GB Graphite w/ Nexus 6P Case (Carbon).

Right now is Nov 11, my shipping window is Nov 10-12, and my pre-order which was placed on Oct 1st is still pending.

Seeing that many recent orders are getting their phones ahead of schedule, I was hoping to place another order but the 128 GB Graphite is out of stock

Quick follow up: on 11/13 I called Google Support and spoke with a person from their shipping department and she also followed up with me via email right after the call. Then on 11/15 my order went into Processing, it shipped on 11/16 (FedEx overnight), and arrived today 11/17.

I'm loving this phone, it's fast and it feels great in my hand.

FYI - just checked google store 5 mins ago 23:05 EDT and 128gb aluminum is showing available and shipping in 1-2 days.

I ordered with nexus protect and 2 day shipping. I will cancel Huawei order in the am by phone for a refund. Looks like Google may be redirecting all available Huawei inventory, or by agreement to their warehouse - who knows but check the google store quick if you are in the market for a 128gb aluminum. At this point seems like Google is the better bet for an actual phone to be delivered.

One thing i did notice is Google charged taxes whereas Huawei didn't so that was an extra $40-50 for NC.

Mine from Huawei finally shipped yesterday. I ordered the 64 GB Aluminum model on 10/19. UPS tracking shows delivery on Friday the 20th. Can't wait. However, i'm loving my LG V10 and will really need to be impressed by the Nexus 6p to give her up. The phone is beyond amazing, the micro SDcard slot is a huge win and removable battery. LG gave me a free 200 GB micro SDcard, extra battery, and battery charger. I just wish the V10 had a nano sim like most newer phones, but I ordered a Sim adapter that way I can switch phones daily or weekly to see which one i'm going to keep, or if i'll keep both.

Ordered 32GB Graphite on 11/14. Estimated delivery date 11/17-11/18 paid for 2 day shipping. It is now the end of the day here on the 18th and a no show. Hopefully it will be here tomorrow.
