Exactly my issue. Preorder on 9/30 for a 11/10-11/12 delivery and now late. NO communication from Google as to the status and it took two phone calls to them to find out what was going on with it. Figures it would be a stupid case that holds the whole thing up and they won't upgrade shipping so it looks like it will be delivered while I'm out of town. The Googler kindly recommended I contact FedEx to have my shipping details changed. Oh, and still no shipping confirmation or email from them.
