I ordered mine minutes after the site went live. 64GB Aluminum. My order says Pending with a date of Oct 27-28

It looks like none of the Aluminum phones have moved out of preordered status. At least in the US. I got a graphite, but I hope no one has to deal with delays based on material selected. Seems unfair. Still, it's probably too early to tell.

What do you mean? He said it says pending. I got the 64gb aluminum and it went from pre-order to pending on the 13th. It still shows as pending. I am in the US.

Me thinks “pending” means backordered I.e. Google has less stock than they anticipated and they are going to delay deliveries. I hope I am wrong though!

There's a clock icon associated with each state of shipment, and "pending" is more full than "pre-ordered." The final state should be "shipped."

Yeah, I ordered mine within 10 minutes of the preorder starting. 128gb aluminum. Moved to Pending status last week.

I need this thing to ship soon. My OnePlus one is pure crap at this point. It was always bad with phone calls but it's to the point where it's a barely a phone.

I believe he was saying you can't really tell the difference between 1080p and qHD... at least when both are high quality panels and only 5 - 5.5" in size.... and then said he would take 720p for the added battery life... I know I've always said I'd rather just have a really good 1080p panel vs qHD for the battery life...

that's a bit more realistic, i doubt one would see drastic battery improvements from going from 1080 to 720 at this point though. and 720 on 5.5" will look pretty horrible.

we need someone to put this screen next to an iphone 6+ and see how much of a difference the density makes. (it's the first large 1080p panel that comes to mind)

Same here! I ordered the day after pre-orders started. Guess aluminum 64gb is pretty popular or in short supply?

You'd have to be very careful how you took the photo -- chances are you wouldn't be capturing anywhere near 500ppi with your camera unless you were using a macro lens.

Hey guys. Getting kind of worried. Is anyone else with me on this?
Never received a confirmation email.
Still says PREORDERED in Google Store.
Still says Pre-Ordered in Google Play.
There is no estimated date on my Order Details page, only the Order History page.
I ordered on launch day later in the evening with 2 day shipping.
