On schedule for delivery today !!!

Card got charged on 10/26
Went to processing 10/26 from pending
Shipping email 10/27 in the afternoon
Should be delivered today

Grr...I wish mine shipped from Mira Loma! I would have chosen your configuration, under ideal circumstances. Maybe their is no Aluminum stock in CA? You waited fair and square, so you deserve it!

Update: 32 gig aluminum, 36 hr turnaround between charge and tracking number. Shipping from Mira Loma to LA. Thank god I didn't get expedited delivery, in this case FedEx ground is only 1 day

When did you order yours? I ordered mine 9 days ago and it's shipping from Illinois!

Edit: I see you ordered yours on the 19th. I'm wishing I spent more for faster shipping.

Edit 2: what?! I ordered mine the same day! Why Illinois, why? Did they finally run out of stock in CA?

I'm pretty much in the exact same situation (including dates) except I ordered the 32 GB Graphite. I also did free shipping.

Excited to get mine today!

From what I've seen, it is only those who ordered the Aluminum 128GB. Someone posted they had ordered a Graphite 128GB and they hadn't received a letter. Also, to the best of my knowledge, none of us who ordered Frost phones (either 64GB or 128GB) have seen any updates or emails since our orders went "Pending".

128GB Graphite ordered Sep 29, 2015 1:02:23 PM CDT. I haven't received an e-mail yet but my Play store page shows leaves warehouse by November 5th and the Google Store shows Pending November 10-12. I may still have another week of waiting for the rejection...errr...I mean you're special but...e-mail from Google.

More specifically, I think you only get the email if your original estimated date of delivery was this week. If you have a date next week, then you might not get a notification since I imagine they'll get their supply by then. Just my assumption anyways. Didn't someone say earlier in the thread that when they talked with a Google CSR that they indicated the 128 GB stock won't be available till Nov 5th? The dates on the delay notification makes a bit more sense now if that's the case.

Bad news for those of us who ordered a 64GB Aluminum and it hasn't shipped yet. Called Google and I was told they are currently out of inventory and are awaiting units. Although I have not received the dreaded email, the agent certainly made it sound like the 64GB aluminum models are going to be shipping late. Told me if it ships late would get a $25 refund... etc.

Question for those that got their 6P delivered already.

Did FedEx require signature and make you be at home for it or was it no signature required and they just left it on your doorstep? I ask because over on Reddit/N6P forum there's a thread there that says if your not going to be home that FedEx will not take it back to their local facility for pickup, unless you call Google/chat support and ask them to do that for you?!
I know working 10hr days, I def won't be home for it, but the local FedEx facility for all my undeliverable packages is literally like 2mins down the street from my work, not even. So, I hope I can just swing by there on the way home from work this week and just pick it up there.

I don't have mine yet, but my recollection for previous phones purchased from Google (2 Nexus 4's, 2 Nexus 5's, 1 Nexus 6) is that they all shipped FedEx and all required signature on delivery. That's why the 6P is coming to my office; there is ALWAYS someone here to sign.

As to swinging by the FedEx facility, once you get your tracking number go to fedex.com and click the ""Hold at FedEx Location" button (sometimes there is a "Customize this shipment" button that needs to be clicked first). Otherwise you will have to wait for the delivery truck to return to the facility and unload; oftentimes that happens after the customer service window has closed for the day.

With Hold at FedEx Location, you can usually pick up your package early in the morning; if it goes out on the truck you probably won't see it until much later in the day.

I am happy but confused. I ordered on 10/19 and saw the charge hit my credit card right away and then fall off four days later. I ordered a 32GB Aluminum with free shipping, along with Nexus Protect and a case. Original dates were Nov 18-20. Monday night I saw a charge hit my credit card from Google Devices but that charge was reversed the next day from Google Music. I chatted with Order Support and was told everything was good on their end and I was scheduled for shipment on November 13. I got my Shipping email late last night and the Fedex Tracking shows I'll get it by tomorrow night.

So that was the happy part, especially since my birthday is Friday and what a cool birthday gift from myself and Google!

Now the confusing part is I checked my credit card again and no other charge has shown up. Just the one Monday night for Google Devices and then credit the next morning from Google Music.

Received a 5x (for my son) over a week ago, delivered by Fedex to my home, and NO signature was required. They just left it at the front door. Luckily, it was in a small, unassuming plain brown box. Not like the freakin' Amazon Prime shipments with the big fat huge AMAZON PRIME plastered all over them.

When you made your order and what is your estimate shipping date? On Monday I had a chat with one of the rep. of Google support and said that the order was fine and it was processing, but I don't believe it... no charge to my CC and no email and the status still says pending. My supposed estimate date is November 6-9.

I see a lot of folks who ordered the 64GB Aluminum who ordered before me and have delivery dates of this week or next who still have not gotten shipping notices and/or remain in "Pending Purgatory". I suspect Google/Huawei didn't expect or couldn't ramp up to meet the number of 64GB/128GB orders that were placed.

Happy for you guys getting yours. Day 29 of waiting is rough. They say after day 30 it's becomes easier. Currently almost 48 hours into the processing phase for 32G/graphite. :-\

We are in the same boat then, I ordered on 9/29 with two day shipping...perhaps will be receiving the $25 credit ... hope it ship soon.

Just wanted to let eveyone know i bought 32gb graphite on 9/29. went into prossecing 2 days ago and it shipped out last night. i got the shipment email at 11pm. did next day shipping getting it today.
