I am beyond angry that orders of 64 GB Aluminium model placed days after mine, and quoted a delivery date a week after mine have been processed, shipped, and are getting there, yet mine is stuck in pending hell. Google CSR is telling me they are all out of stock. Well idiots, if you knew you were running out, why not process the early orders before the later ones. Damn.

My Nexsu 6P 64GB Graphite was just shipped! My estimated delivery was November 10-12 but status changed to "processing" yesterday morning and to "shipped" in the afternoon! 2 weeks ahead of schedule, I'm excited! (regretting not getting express shipping :( )
 
Happy for you guys getting yours. Day 29 of waiting is rough. They say after day 30 it's becomes easier. Currently almost 48 hours into the processing phase for 32G/graphite. :-\
Approaching 48 hours of processing here also with the same model.
 
I'm still stuck on "Label created" on FedEx. Supposed to be delivered today, but no tracking showing. Sad trombone :(

Shipped out of Carol Stream IL and I'm in west michigan. It was sent fedex ground, but shipments from Chicago usually get here next day.

More specifically, I think you only get the email if your original estimated date of delivery was this week. If you have a date next week, then you might not get a notification since I imagine they'll get their supply by then. Just my assumption anyways. Didn't someone say earlier in the thread that when they talked with a Google CSR that they indicated the 128 GB stock won't be available till Nov 5th? The dates on the delay notification makes a bit more sense now if that's the case.

I'm hoping that's the case. My 128GB frost isn't due to leave warehouse until Nov 2, so I have some time.

If you have a 32GB and you are processing, I'd say you're not far away from hearing something. They seemed to have really loaded up on the stock for the 32GB model, I guess they thought that was the common size that most people wanted. I agree, 29 days is rough however.

Gah! I called Google and they really didn't have any explanation... but I realized while on the phone that my ZIP CODE IS WRONG! It was my new address with my old zip code. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! So they said they would correct it, but who knows if it already went out and that's what is causing problems. Though it shouldn't be the issue, because I ordered a Fi SIM (separate from my Nexus 6P) and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but got a "shipping exception," which is why I noticed this zip code issue. I'll take my licks and wait a couple extra days, as long as this doesn't mean I have to get at the back of the line on my phone.

Also I corrected the issue on payments.google.com.
 
The 32GB Aluminum 6P was in stock for a very little while. I can't say for how long. I had it in my cart but when I tried to order it I got a error, and it sold out again.

Yeah, I would expect you to get your shipping notice today then, as seems to be the pattern at this point. I dont think many have waited more than 48 hours before a shipping notice went out.


As for me, I'm staying frosty ( ;) ) as my 64gb Frost is still pending. I believe all Frosts had an estimated ship date of no earlier than November 2nd, so I'm thinking we MAY start to see processing on our orders today or tomorrow, with shipping starting friday. That seemed to be the pattern with the first batch of 6p's last week, and should likely be the case with these as well. I was hoping for a sooner ship, but anxious me can wait.

Did you miss the part where they kept filling in same model orders placed a week after mine until they ran out of inventory. If they had started filling orders in FIFO basis, and then ran out of inventory before they get to mine, I would not be angry at all. It would then be my fault for not ordering as early as the people who got their orders filled. I would then wait until my date passes before making any complaints, and even be fine with a $25 credit if they missed the delivery date a bit. The reason I am so angry right now is I did my part, and ordered pretty early on launch day. Google didn't do their part and ship the earlier orders before the later orders. Now I get my phone, possibly just before the last moment the deadline passes, while another gets theirs two weeks earlier than their deadline.

Please do yourself a favor and read the last 48 hrs or so of this thread. This argument has been made a ridiculous amount of times.

There are some explanations on how this happens but at the end of the day don't worry about what the other kids on the playground get to do and just worry about you and your order.
 
Grr...I wish mine shipped from Mira Loma! I would have chosen your configuration, under ideal circumstances. Maybe their is no Aluminum stock in CA? You waited fair and square, so you deserve it!

that's a good question.... still too early to tell as i havent seen many CA shippings happen yet, but lots of alum seem to be coming out from IL . you'll get it soon though!

My 32GB Graphite order (9/29, about two hours after announcement, headed to Houston) is now at 48 hours in processing. I called Google Store support yesterday asking if it might making yesterday's shipping batch, and was given a weird promise that it was already on its way, but that I wouldn't receive a shipment email until after FedEx provided them with a tracking number... which doesn't seem right. At any rate, first world problems. Mildly annoyed that people who ordered the same SKU well after my own order are already shipped, but Google will almost certainly have it here by the original delivery estimate date. So, a wash, I guess.

While this definitely isn't as bad as the N4 or N5 launches, it's still pretty haphazard. I get that large-scale logistics is a complicated art, but obviously Google still has some kinks to work out. Really shouldn't be fulfilling orders out of sequence, when we're talking same SKUs (color/capacity) shipping from the same facility (Carol Stream in my case, I assume, based on other geographically close orders).
 
You really need to understand the situation. First, this phone might be one of the best selling phones in 2015 (more orders than any other Android phones, that's why you are one of the them). Second, the fact that you did your part and pre-ordered on launch day. I do understand your frustrations but do understand that if you are 1st or the last person in the line, you will still receive your product on the same day.
