I ordered mine at 1AM on the 28th of October and it said to expect it Nov 18-20, but it already shows processing. Ordered through the Google store 64gb aluminum.

Placed an order for 64GB Graphite today. Looks like they are taking orders again. So hopefully good news for those who already ordered that theirs might be shipping soon.
 
Just talked to CS on the phone, I didn't catch the mans name that helped me but anyways, he looked up stock in the warehouse for me on if they had any 64GB Frost's and he said they are completely out. I asked if he knew when more would come and he said he didn't know and that i would recieve an email when they get more stock and it ships, hopefully monday since Nov. 2 is my estimated ship by date! If not monday I think a lot more of us are going to be getting those delay emails Google is sending out...

Did they ship it with overnight or ground since you chose free? I saw someone did Ground and they shipped it overnight. I may try and force a shipping refund, lol.

They shipped it standard overnight, I chose free shipping. It only gets it to me a day earlier as it would be 2 days by ground.

Nov 2 is my estimated ship by date as well for the 64 Frost. Still pending..
 
I stupidly placed 2 more order for 64GB Aluminum units yesterday 1 with Protect and 1 without, because I wasn't sure my original order was on the right payment method, and my original 64GB order from 9/29 got delivered today and these 2 other new orders are processing now and I can't cancel! They had dates for the middle of November! Arrrrghhhh....Now I am going to be out $40 in overnight shipping fees between the 2 orders and I have to tell my shipping people to refuse the deliveries! Sucks!

My pre-order from 9/29 is still pending.. Just to test, I ordered one on 10/29 and it moved to processing in just 24 hours

What do you mean by being lied to?

Huawei told me on 3 separate phone calls that my ship date would be late Oct.. Today on a live chat they changed to late Nov.. So they can cancel that come tomorrow. I'll try my luck with Google.

I would say the majority of people on here that called either Google, or Huawei have been lied to and told god knows how many stories. The CS reps at Google just basically read off your order sheet repeating to you what you can see if you log directly into your account on the Play Store and give BS about orders being placed and than shipped accordingly, and Huawei is pretty much doing the same thing.

People are just fuming over the fact that people are placing orders as late as yesterday with them already being shipped out as people from late Sept and early Oct haven't gotten anything yet and still stuck pending or processing.

Okay, I'll be asking for a refund on the shipping then. They basically took my money and shipped it the same, lol.

I have been Processing for 2 days and got moved to the Nov 9th date, and just got offered a $25 credit for being let down- As per the last chat I had with fi

I'm pretty done and will cancel my order for the 6p and grab a 5x with next day shipping. I only went with the 6p because before the reviews went live I figured it would basically shoot better pics, which as reviews show...they shoot basically the same pics because they have the same exact rear shooters.

Either way Google cs and fi's for that fact are a bunch of robots that can't give anyone a straight answer. They can keep their $25 credit, that doesn't make up for them shipping out boat loads of phones to people who ordered a month later than most of the people on these forums while I'm left like others scratching my head...just not cool at all.

Hm, weird. I ordered my 32GB Aluminum on Thursday, October 29th and it shipped a day later.
