This has been really poor customer service from Google for people to order last week and have their phones shipped before people that pre-ordered within the first week. I ordered a month ago and have been in a processing status for a week now.

Me to, I'm suppose to ship today but I'm not holding my breath

So seeing all these posts about processing and shipping nightmares is scaring me, but here's hoping that mine along with everyone else's pushes through ok.

Got the 5x already, but I haven't entirely been happy with it. I think my nexus 6 spoiled me last year. Ordered the Nexus 6p today. Was looking for the 32 Gb graphite, but that's out of stock so I just went with my second color and figured extra storage couldn't hurt.

Supposedly supposed to arrive Nov. 13-16.
Need to return my 5x by the 9th so I hope that isn't too far off lol.

seems like unless you order a 128gb graphite or aluminum, or a 64gb frost, no need to worry.

We with the above got he shaft because, you know, colors and storage sizes arent all made equal it seems.

There isn't much rhyme or reason it appears. I ordered my 64GB graphite on 9/29, it went to processing last Monday and 26 hours later I got the shipment email at 1:30pm on Tuesday. It shipped out at 2:30pm and I received it the next day at 11am. I didn't pay for faster shipping, although it came from Illinois and I am in eastern Missouri. I lucked out I guess.

I had the same thing happen. The money was set aside when I first placed the order 30 days ago.

Last Monday the money was set aside again and my order went into processing status.

I received a balance update this morning and the money is back on the account again.

This will be interesting since my ship date is supposed to be November 2-3 and I asked for overnight shipping.

Cool, that's nice to here. Wasn't looking forward to having to potentially use my old nexus 4 for more than a week, (don't ask long depressing story) lol. Thanks for mentioning this though!

well ordered sept 29 at 3 or so.... aluminum 64gb

finally got charged last week and shipped on oct 29...and I'm still waiting for delivery...

expect it delivered tomorrow...talk about torture... 5 days between shipping... because of the weekend

I placed my order for a 64 GB Aluminum on Oct 30th, they said it would be shipped around Nov 12 to Nov 18. Was very surprised to see this morning, Nov 2 that it shipped. Never had something ship that much earlier than they said it would. Probably because I went through the Google Store, but I am pleasantly surprised

Ordered 10/2 Pending to Processing and charged 10/30. Still processing. Ordered the carbon case also 10/31 also processing. Estimate for case this week. Estimate for phone next week. Hoping it ships today since I've been charged and my bank account is short $600

So today's the day for us 32GB Graphite folks that had a shipping date pegged for November 2nd. My F5 button will be broken by the end of the day. Hopefully what I was told on the phone last week about it shipping holds true and I have this thing by Wednesday (that's how long my case took to get here).

I ordered on 10/7 and still haven't had mine shipped. It is the same size and color. I can't complain too much because they haven't yet missed the original date they said i would get it but it makes me mad that people who ordered well after me are getting theirs before me.

64GB Aluminum ordered at 2:50pm EST on 29 September (34 days and counting).
Shipping: November 5.
Delivery: November 10-12.
Pending for weeks.

I don't really have anything else of value to add, other than to say that there are still those of us who have waited over a month and haven't even sniffed the Processing stage. So if you think you are the least important person to Google because you ordered early October and you're order is stuck in Processing and your credit card has already been charged and FedEx hasn't sent you a tracking number yet, cheer up! I'd be ecstatic to trade places with you.

Any delivery difference between the orders with Nexus Protect added and without? That's the only thing I can think of why some 9/29 orders are delayed..maybe?
