Did not say I am annoyed or trying to publicly shame anybody, just pointing out truths.

Reason that I am monitoring is because I am patiently waiting till my configuration is available to purchase. My intention was to get some insight as to possibly when that might occur. Nonetheless, as I said earlier, it is just a phone and if you feel I am publicly shaming you, then shame on you!!!!

By saying relax its only a phone will just annoy people, think about it...you are waiting for your configuration to become available right, imagine you were able to pre-order it and got all hyped up and than a month later you have no new phone and are reading about tons of people ordering a month after you and receiving it within days...You'd be pissed I'd imagine.

It's a very annoying situation and honestly this has shown me a side of Google that is just very screwed up and not pro customer service, which in 2015 almost 16 you need to be super duper pro customer service and take care of your loyal following.

Yes, I know the phone will be fine if you treat it right, although I recommend getting a rigid case for it. But I thought it was interesting that the guy did a second video to show that the objections to the first didn't hold water.

I ordered a 64gb Frost on launch day and the order has changed to Processing this morning.

I'm in the UK. Still loving my Nexus 5 with Android 6.0 so very excited About the 6P!

Cool. Looks like the shipment into UK finally arrived!! Mine switched to processing this morning as well.

Bloody hell. In UK and have ordered a 128Gb Frost Nexus 6P (that's the worst combo to order in terms of scarcity isn't it?) and my order has gone to processing this morning.
Order date 29th Sept. 20:11 GMT
Original Delivery Estimate: November 3-5
Should have shipped November 1-2

Not getting too excited as I know a lot of people have been at the Processing stage for a week but.. still.. progress!

If I don't get billed and shipped by Friday then I don't think they will make the ETA unfortunately.

Called CSR just to check if my order was delayed and it is not delayed.
CSR assured me I would be receive a shipping/tracking information on or before Nov 2. They clarified that the shipping/tracking info will not be sent until Google's Warehouse has actually receive my order and has been shipped out by Google to FedEX.

No change.
Just that on Nov 2nd I would get my shipping/tracking info or delay info.

I assume my status will not change to processing until Nov 2nd and their inventory shows my specific order is in hand to ship.

I will keep you guys and girls updated but until Nov 2 I am signing off. Good luck everyone.

CSR 3rd Call
In regards to my order from CSR has been delayed up to 3 days. My order should be shipped on Nov 5th. CSR told me I would be refunded overnight shipping as well in addition receive the $25 credit for my inconvenience. I went on to ask CSR is this issue with all Nov 2nd LW and I was told yes in regards to those who preorder.

Got delayed email at 7pm yesterday (Nov3)
Sometime between 10am(Nov3) to 1am (Nov4) my order status went to processing and charged my card.

Just been chatting to Google CS. They told me they had good new and my phone had already been sent to the shipper. Will take 3-5 business for the shipper to dispatch. I'm a bit sceptical tbh, but we will wait an see.

Been pending for weeks, as I contacted CS this morning changed to Processing. CS said its just gone to the shipper will be about 3-5 business days.

Also ordered OnePlus Type-A to Type-C cables. Arrived today, incredible quality reversible both ends and cheap! Highly recommend a couple of these for topping up your Type-C charging cable collection.

Mine was also pending for weeks and seems to tally up with other UK peeps in that it went to processing today, still haven't been charged on my CC though. I'm not usually this impatient but I dropped my nexus 5 early last week and cracked the screen quite badly "s'ok" I thought "I'll be getting my new phone early next week" hmmmm....

Ordered 64Gb Graphite on 10/3. Card charged early on 11/3 and phone shipped by 5pm same day. I chose regular shipping, but FedEx says estimated delivery for 11/4. Ordered phone through Google and being shipped from and to California. Based on my order Californians are getting phones from warehouse in Bloomington, CA.

After I realized that front of the phone was black on the Aluminium, I just went with that instead of Graphite - what I really wanted. I'll be using a case anyways. These people are appalling.

store.google has dates Nov 9-10 and play.google says leaves warehouse by Nov 9.
I have 2-day shipping.
