Just general play store credit to be used on any digital goods (so you can't use it on cables or anything from the google store).

You do "also" get a free 90 day trial to Play Music Unlimited though, but only for new customers.

Not seeing at ton of recent reports on the 32gb Graphite, so I thought I'd add in my data point...

Order date Oct. 30
Moved to processing and shipped on Nov. 3
Shipping method: overnight, should get it today (a free upgrade, I originally selected free shipping. Original delivery estimate was Nov. 18-20)
Location: California

Needless to say I'm surprised to be getting the phone so quickly, but definitely not complaining.

Hmm...I already have the discounted Play music. $50.00 work of Play credit would have been nice but not worth months of waiting. I think I already have 40 bucks worth of credit from the survey thing.

I believe the 128 Graphites and 64 Frosts were the most delayed of the whole bunch. Us 64 frost's just started moving into processing last night, and it sounds like Google got a big shipment in today. I hope yours moves to processing soon!

32gb Aluminum shipped Friday, deliver tomorrow (I won't be there to get it unfortunately)

32gb Graphite still processing (over 6 days now)

Aluminum showed up Monday and after a week of processing the Graphite showed up Tuesday so they were both waiting for me when I arrived home.

I'm actually thinking I'll keep the aluminum and return the graphite at this point...

It definitely seems to vary by which you order. I ordered a 32 GB aluminum on Monday and got it today.

The Google Play credit shouldn't be just limited to music. The other perk that doesn't get mentioned too often is, if you aren't already a subscriber, 90 days of free all- access Google Play Music, which now should also include YouTube Red.
