Ordered a 64GB Frost white Nexus 6P on 10/08/15. Has been in a pending status for the past two weeks. Expected delivery date is 5-9 of November, which I doubt will even happen since it is not even processing and will be sent to Puerto Rico which usually adds an extra 1-2 days. This is the first phone that I have purchased through Google and I am hating this experience so much!

Received Delayed Email on Nov 3 8pm
According to the delayed email my order will be delivered 11/7 to 11/14
However CSR say my order is on short 3 day delay and should be shipped on Nov 5.

My 64gb aluminum was delivered! Even though I ordered 9/30 and saw people getting it before me (despite ordering after), I'm glad that it came in well before my anticipated date of 11/10-11/12. Good luck to everyone.

Ordered 2 128gb Graphites Monday, they went processing yesterday. Says Nov 18-20. CC has pending charge for full amount since procedures.

Leaves warehouse date is Nov 9 with delivery between Nov 12 - 16.
Status of the order changed to Processing a week ago.
My credit card now shows a pending charge from Google. It appeared within the past hour.
Hopefully this means it's about to ship!

Sorry bud but don't get your hopes to high. I've had a pending charge since last week but it still hasn't shipped. I hope you have better luck thou

I ordered through Project Fi. Was supposed to ship around Nov 12th. Instead it shipped today and will have it tomorrow.
that credit can be used for anything aside from devices on the play store (apps, music, movies, books)
Yeah, trying not to get too hopeful. But I had a pending charge last week when it switched to Processing and that fell off my card over the weekend, so with any luck this new charge is "the one". Fingers crossed.
What model? What day did you order?

And looked up 10/29, 64 GB Aluminum. Guess I should do that before I ask.

Had previously cancelled a graphite 64 cause it was stuck in pending hell

I don't think I'm getting anywhere with support. My order is going on 4 days late from the "leaves warehouse date". Support "specialists" tell me that I have to wait until my estimated delivery date passes to email them back. They offered me a $7 refund for my delay and I had to tell them that other people are getting $25. They have no information regarding when the order might ship. When I recontacted to see if there was any updates there wasn't any and I was told to wait an additional 24-48 hours to receive an email back from the shipping department. Although there are unforeseen delays on my order and model they are still taking orders for the same model shipping out next week for the past 2-3 days. People who ordered the same phone less than a week ago have the phone shipped already with free overnight shipping. WTF Google...
