Day 20 for me. Ordered my 64 GB Aluminum from Huawei directly. Still says processing. SMH they need to get their heads out of their arse with Google. I just don't understand how difficult this process should be. How did people who ordered their phone 2 or 3 days ago get them before people who ordered 20 - 30 days ago. Stupid, to lock your order to specific IMEI numbers. You ship the phones in the order they were placed. I'm going to Verizon tonight to look at the LG V10 in more detail. I played with one at Best Buy the other day and loved it. I might just get that instead of the Nexus 6p.

Mine is also from 20 days ago, been sitting in processing since Friday.

Order was sitting at processing for the weekend, saw others shipping today so figured I'd see what was up. rep has told me there was an "issue" with payment so my order will be cancelled. Hmm.. great, thanks Google, sure glad I let this sit for 20 days

Just an update. Got the email around noon today that my 64GB Frost *finally* shipped. Overnight shipping, should be here tomorrow.

Tomorrow is just full of awesome. Fallout 4. Nexus 6P.

I think they're lying to you. I ordered a Frost 64gb on 9/30, still processing without any accessories. I'm on the line with CS and they told me that my order would ship AND arrive to me today. How ridiculous is that? It's nearly noon here on the east coast. Other than that, they have no answers.

Edit: I guess that's what it took. I had a long and frustrating conversation with a superviser and explained how ridiculous it is that they think they can ship my device by 12pm today and have it arrive to me by tonight from IL to the East Coast. He was unable to help me out at all. Litterally 2 minutes after the conversation, I finally get an email saying it is now shipped. Complete and utter ridiculousness. For any of you waiting for your Frost 6p who ordered the first or second day of pre-order, talk to a superviser and escalate the issue so they are aware how frustrated we are as customers.

Well I think the guy was cause just like K_O less then an hour later I got a label created email from Fedex with overnight shipping listed for my 64gb Frost

Same with me. Bought my 6p last thursday, arriving tomorrow. It was nice they switched mine from 2 day delivery to standard overnight.

Only difference with you and me i got Fallout 4 yesterday lol.

At the three week mark, I ordered the 32GB Graphite via Google Fi on October 19. The order finally flipped from Preorder to Processing on Friday. I hope it ships soon, my Galaxy Nexus is barely keeping up these days.

Update: 64 GB Frost, Ordered 9/29, Delayed till Nov 7th-14th

Was on a CS chat this morning for about 2 hours. After pulling teeth and me refusing to get an email for a followup my order is now shipped with overnight delivery set to ship today.

First there was a "technical error" which is why my order that has been processing since last Thursday has not shipped yet. So they check it out and it magically got "unstuck" and I received shipping confirmation but with standard shipping. Keeping the rep on the chat and having to screen shot my email to prove that I was promised expedited shipping and $25 refund (which I shouldn't have to do), it took about 30 mins to ensure that my order was indeed eligible for expedited delivery and received overnight shipping confirmation. Then I was told that I needed to be emailed back to get a response about the refund. I refused and kept the rep on chat while he escalated this since resolving this issue was out of his "boundaries". According to him the policy stated that only if you paid for overnight shipping you were eligible for refund (utter BS). So I waited until the concerned party said that I indeed was eligible for refund which took another 30 mins or so. I made sure I had him email me with reference number. I played it nice this time around and it paid off to get everything settled which I think help motivate the rep to see everything through but it is believable the amount of hoops I needed to jump through to get through this process. I give it up to the rep that helped me out but GOOGLE what a cluster F***!

64G Frost/32G Graphite, ordered 10/7, both just shipped 11/9. Effinay, I never thought I'd see the day. And I had standard, but they upgraded to next day.
Now just have to wait for my friend to bring them to me here in the middle east. Thai gf gets hers for Christmas.

Oh, and this was after haggling with them for 45 minutes too. Told them I'd double order and return the later shipment. Doubt it did any good, but just after ordering, got the shipping notice on the original phones. Cancelled the new order.
