j7 prime 2016 charging issue.

[AC Question]

My j7 prime is not crossing after reaching 89% I'm using stock charger and everything from the very first day. This week i got a 1.5mb OTA update after that this issue starts happening that i believe. Is there anyone who has facing the same issues? And I'm looking for a solution ASAP. Thank you in advance!

try another charger and see, if it still happens try factory reset.
