Anyone else experiencing BT problems while on phone call? I can hear them fine, but they keep saying Im cutting in and out. I have had the JB Icon for a week now and it worker perfect with my MOto Droid. Other than that, this phone is awesome. Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem playing music using BT because the music skips or has drop-outs. If I turn off WiFi then it works fine. If you don't mind trying it out with WiFi off, it'll help confirm if it's a bug with phone or our BT devices.

Just got the icon in the mail today but it is working fine for me also.

Have either of you messed with downloads from my talk? I did as far as the A2DP goes and was wondering if maybe that has something to do with it. Thanks for chiming in though.

I did the voice dial and the ace download but thats it

crappy bluetooth, a waist of money for me. I'll stick with my trusty voyager pro..

I haven't. I think what's happening is that WiFi and BT require a good chunk of system resources and they are "competing" with each other. With WiFi, if a few bytes are delayed for a fraction of a second you don't notice it, but you do notice it on a steady stream of audio. I think that's why mine stopped skipping when I turned off WiFi.

Nobody asked nor was this intended to be a Voy Pro vs JB Icon. But since you went there, that was my last headset and Yes, it is an excellent headset. As far as being superior to the Icon, not true. Both have pros and cons, but are both excellent headsets, so were done with that debate.

This morning at the gym, my S9 HD worked great for about a half hour and then it did cut out a few times during the end (WIFI was not on). The JB Icon has been working well all morning since I went back to the default software on the JB, vs the A2DP software upload.

LOL! Sometimes it's just a "waist" of time coming to forums isn't it.

I'm not familiar with the JB Icon, it has it's own software on it? Or do you mean on the phone? I thought everything has to use A2DP like a standard.
