JB 4.1.1 on OG Droid, Where do I get Gapps.zp?

Can someone help me find the Google Apps zip for my OG droid running 4.1.1?

Also I need to find out why I can't mount the SD to my computer? I need to mount it so I can add the apps to the SD? Any Ideas!

I'm not entirely sure but I think you have to use ICS Gapps.zip for JB on OG Droid. There was some requirement that the Droid doesn't meet, I think its a RAM Issue.
