JB, notification vs ringer volume unlink?

When I upgraded to ICS, the only drawback from Gingerbread was this: volume levels for ringer and notifications became linked. There is no way to turn down the notification volume and keep the phone ringer loud.

Is that issue fixed in 4.1?

Not changed in the stock software. They are still linked.
