jelly bean 4.2 stoped dialer calls on my nexus 4

i have upgrated to jely bean 4.2 this morning. since then i cant make any calls' it still can recive calls.
i have reset the phone but no good.
i tryed to use other dialer - no succses.

any solutions?

Not that it helps you as I don't have a problem with the dialer but I did lose NFC right after the update. Factory reset doesn't help either. I wonder if we can roll back to the previous firmware somehow.

I have the same problem on Galaxy nexus.

After a second hard reset my device has been perfect. Figured I should update so as not to cause panic
