I started pulling the update around 23:30 CDT. Still dling because I am using craptacular WiFi at my parents. 512KBS is the Max speed out here and you know that isn't happening. I can't sleep until I have JB running... I just can't.

Just got it after 5 framework stop/clear. It is awesome compared to 4.0.3.

Updating now, sweet!

Cleared framework 5 times, then decided to reboot as someone did earlier and voila, update appeared automatically, didn't have to 'check for update'

Great start to a Friday!

Had done the clear framework/check for updates trick umpteenth times over that last 3 days (yakju 4.04), but didn't work until today.

took only a few minutes at my house.....less than five I would say.....seemed fast anyway

Mine took less time to download than it did to install. Maybe 5 minutes for the download and 10-15 for the install process to complete.

Yes, the progress bar is a thin blue line at the top of the window that says you have an update, when finished you will get restart button.

I went to Settings -> APPS ->Google Framework Services and cleared data and hit "Force Stop. When I went into check for update JB 4.1 began downloading instantly on the first try!

Did apps > all apps > google framework > force stop > clear cache and on the first check for update it was there. Now got some yummy Jelly bean.

Great tip about clearing framework data but I was getting it wrong so as someone else pointed out make sure you clear data before force stop. Once I did it in that order and then checked for update it started download JB immediately. Make sure when you do it you are connected to a wi-fi network.

It's worked for people both way. I don't think it really matters, just so that you do both.
