This is only for the GSM version of the phone, correct? This won't work on my Verizon Wireless CDMA/LTE will it?

does any body know how big is the download file, that way I'll be connected via wi-fi when I download the file, since I have a pre-paid service (Straight Talk) and I dont want them cut off my data if I download a huge file since I dont really have unlimited, unlimited as per say.
