JT Super Clean Rom available on Rom Manager

Right now I updated to DJ05 and then put on JT's. My kernel version says 2.6.29.

I believe all the kernel versions are 2.6.29, since they're all based off of the same source, so that's not telling you anything terribly useful.

So, you flashed a ROM and a kernel... did you flash the modem.bin? If not, you need to. If so, you should be good to go.

I did the dj05 modem with odin and the djo5 stock that was it. Then I went into rom manager and got superclean. I might have the stock kernel still.

Not sure about his Voodoo kernels, but I believe all JT's non-Voodoo kernels on ROM Manager are DI01.

You can get Geeknik's kernels on ROM Manager, or download the one here. Just copy it to your SD card and install it through ROM Manager or directly through Clockwork.

I've noticed several people are reporting shortened battery life on Geeknik's kernels, but the kernel in the DJ05 post works great.

i havent used that one. i am using stupid fast kernels myself. i may try some others. mostly keep trying different ones until you find the one that works the best. for the most part there will little differance. you might see some differance in battery and things like that. and some will just plain brick your phone. those are fun. as for me i have the best overall luck with stupid fast. and it just sounds cool.

Pretty much all the custom roms are de-odex'd. Deodexed is also a particular dev's screen name, hence the elements roms.

In practical terms, de-odex'd roms allow you to run themes. That's about it, for the most part.

Leaked in mid/late November, there are definitely older dj05 kernels than that. I have an 11/29 on my SD

When I try to flash the Super Clean Rom. I get the error message E: failed to verify whole file signature E:signature verification failed. Installation aborted.

Am I missing something? Thanks! Any help would be appreciated!

sounds like you flashed cwm through and not through odin. you have to flash cwm with odin first.

Download the Rom Manager App from the Market, you can download All of JT's Roms, kernels, and associated tweaks from there.
