I'm receiving the June update with a feature drop now -- Pixel 6 Pro on Verizon. It's showing an update size of 358MB. My wife's Pixel 5 is also receiving the update simultaneously.

Same here for regular P6. Update complete. The cinematic option is there, but the emoji wallpaper option is not there.

Are you using one of your own photos? I don't think the option is available for photos that aren't one of yours.
