Just bought a second hand Samsung Tab it comes up with an error, what can I do?

just bought a second hand samsung tab it comes up with the follwoing error

just bought a second hand samsung tab 3 can get on the internet but when try to get on playstore and install aps it comes up with the follwoing error "error while retriving information from server {RPC:S-7:AEC-064IM-YIV2-JWIHY} anyone know what this is or should i take the tab back to the shop?

Welcome to Android Central! First, make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your account. If you do, then try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
