just got an ota but still 4.0.1

Hey guys.
I have a GSM GN. unlocked and unrooted. This morning i woke up and found I have an ota waiting. I run the ota. and after it finished checked my ics version and its still 4.0.1.
Was something wrong in the updagte? i didnt get any error messages.

Try and see if it's still showing the update and update it again. I know with my moms EVO 3D the updates don't always take from some reason
