Did anyone with the LTE version get this?
I just got another security update so now I'm on the X build. Guessing that means a new OTA will need to be made for this. It also took a while for the 5.1.1 update to make the LTE version.I'm checking now, but I don't think so.
T-Mo.
Really long boot on my N7 also.Got mine, but you know, if you power off, Marshmallow seems to take forever to boot. Cool new boot graphic, though. Those Google guys really know what counts in the kind of features people clamor for! </sarcasm>. Otherwise it works pretty good. Some apps have incompatible icons in the notifications...like my local TV channel is supposed to be a bold 8 but instead the notifications have just a white box next to them. Setting do not disturb options are certainly different looking. Otherwise, it's smooth. N7 13 wifi Cleveland Ohio area.
Nothing has come through here. U. S., N7 2013, T-Mobile.I just got another security update so now I'm on the X build. Guessing that means a new OTA will need to be made for this. It also took a while for the 5.1.1 update to make the LTE version.
Running MRA58V, also in SoFla. I flashed the whole image. Other than when it had to rebuild the Dalvik cache on its initial move up to 6.0.0, it only seems slightly longer to fully boot than it did under Lollipop or KitKat. My device is on all the time, anyway.... what the long boot means for those who have it....
Don't see much difference in Marshmallow compared to what was seen in my Nexus 6.
Even the app drawer remains horizontal scroll. Can see tap-on feature though
Nexus 6 on Android 6
Nova Launcher also. I use the "Prime" paid version on two tabs and a Note 4.You need to use the Google Now Launcher to have vertical scrolling of the app drawer.
wow thanks for that info. I thought Nexus devices used the Google Now launcher by default and I thought the Nexus 7 just didn't support it. I didn't realize it was a seperate app to download. You need to use the Google Now Launcher to have vertical scrolling of the app drawer.
