Just purchased galaxy s6, "getting security log agent" error.

Ok, so yesterday I bought a recertification galaxy s6 from electronic express. I live in the US and I use straight talk. I plugged the phone up, fully charged it before ever turning it on. I turned the phone on BEFORE installing a simple card and immediately began getting the error. I've read so many threads over the last 24 hours and still have not managed to find anything that stops the error. It's draining my battery and extremely frustrating to purchase a $300 phone and have a glitch immediately. The phone is unlocked from AT&T, I used the AT&T Sim from straighttalk. To my knowledge, the phone isn't rooted and it is operating on android 6.0 with no update available. Any help would be greatly appreciated
