App's been downloading ads to my internal storage! It happened before on my Thunderbolt, and now it's happening on my G-Nex!

I don't even see what advertisers stand to gain! I will never, ever buy from an ad when it's pushed into my gallery!

How do I find the app and *delete* it?!
