Great concept if you have lots of spare batteries. Pokemon Go is a battery killer as it is. Imagine it running all the time.

I use Tasker to set the display timeout for 5 minutes if the Pokemon GO app is running and 30 minutes if it's also plugged into a power source. When I close PoGO it reverts to my original settings.
