Well I got mine from an approved vendor so I guess their rule was different in the fine print. Didn't matter I had the money to blow so I wasn't mad kind of shocked though. This is a 700 dollar plus phone after taxes.

I returned 2 Bionics... They are C R A P T A S T I C!... I waited along time to get it like everyone else. The BSofD was too much to deal with. Nexus Galaxy Prime thingy here I come...!

I wish there was a way to return my bionic and go back to my original droid until the nexus came out. Between the no data, bsod and crappy screen , I wish I never used my upgrade on it
