Keyboard is useless!!

I've only had my S6 for a week and the keyboard is a complete nightmare. I have to literally bang a letter for it to register and even then I usually have to hit it numerous times. I've tried installing other keyboards as suggested by someone else but it's all the same. How can I fix this? I really regret buying it now and wish I'd stuck to my S4.

To explain further, it would seem that the digitizer - the glass - is defective.
