Keyboard Issue on Nexus

Hi, all, first time poster on here.

I've been having a problem with my keyboard and wondering if anyone has run into something similar or if anyone thinks this is a hardware problem. Every now and then when I try to use the keyboard, it won't respond - the keyboard vibrates upon touch and I can see the autocorrect changing but no text appears. Then it's fine after a reboot.

I was running Revolution and tried a different ROM (AOKP) and still got the same problem. I was using stock keyboard the whole time so went to Swiftkey and still getting the same issue.

Should I return the phone for another one? Still within January 15 for a few more days...

Im also having the same problem. When it happens the clock in the notification bar freezes as well.Widgets show the correct time though

Either of you using a task killer? I dont believe I've ever had this problem.

I had this problem for a day and it didn't happen again after a reboot.
