Kies - Import/Export?

Hi,

I'm using Kies 2.5.2.. and I wanted to export flies from my S3 to my PC, but there is no Import/Export tab on the Kies interface. Going through the manual and tutorials the images show that at the top of the Kies application there should be 4 tabs including an Import/Export tab - but I only have 3 (Basic Information, Sync and Backup/Restore). Of course I can copy the files manually, but as a matter of convenience it would b great to have access to the export function and to be able to export SMS's. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Kies, calling Samsung support and making sure I had the most updated firmware and version of Kies.

I'm not sure if it is a setting/version issue or the feature has been removed and the tutorials and manuals haven't been updated. If anybody has seen this issue before and can provide any guidance its greatly appreciated.

I've been having the same problem and it's rather very frustrating. I can't even use my back up/restore option because them Kies closes automatically. Please fix this problem soon.
