Knock code issue...

I've just received the update to give me knock code and I'm loving it but I do have an issue.

My knock code is set in the lower two quadrants of the screen... However, if I knock the code in the correct pattern in the top two quadrants then it also unlocks my phone.

Anyone else experiencing this??

Just tried setting a new code using knocks in the left hand side quadrants. Phone unlocks using right hand side quadrants too.

Definitely a problem with the feature.

How do you have Knock Code on the G2???

EDIT: Nevermind, I see it is being pushed out to some phones... But not on Verizon, give us a few more months. :/

LG support are raising it as a knock code bug.

My code is 2 taps bottom right 1 tap bottom left, i tap bottom right.

When my screen is off It works anywhere i do it on the screen! Even the very top (and im not talking top of the box) but the very top of the phone screen.

Yep, mine also unlocks if I tap at the very top of the screen.


Also noticed that since this update my 'quiet mode' toggle in the notification pull down and on/off switch in settings didn't work anymore. Managed to fix it by removing it from the notification toggles and then adding it back again.

Huh??? You said in the other thread that you have the same problem....

mine same as yours if I set code just using bottom I can unlock at top

I have if I use just top or bottom 2 quadrants not if I use all 4
