Knock off -Win vs Knock On -Lose. Who else?

I guess I'm lucky. My knock on its almost too sensitive. I have to say it works my first try nearly 100% of the time. Sometimes when I'm holding my phone with my thumb on the screen, it turns on. This happens a lot when I am using the flash light with the screen off.

But both knock features work great. It's definitely my favorite feature. I love the buttons on the back combined with knock on. I was pretty shocked when I see bad reviews about the button placement and knock on. For me, I can't stand holding my wife's GS3, every time I grabbed it, my hand would press the power button on the side of the phone.

I usually can get knock on to work about 90% of the time, but that other 10% would be really frustrating and I would have to try like 3 or 4 times before it worked.

However I think I finally figured it out. I've been testing it for a few days to make sure it actually worked 100 percent of the time. Double tap at the bottom of the screen right above the LG logo (where the home button would be if you have the three button layout). It has worked for me every single time since I started using this location.

What works great also in instead of just tapping twice tap 3 times. I have an almost %100 success rate doing that.

Knock on rarely works no matter where on the screen i tap and is very temperamental while knock off works everytime also when knock on doesnt work and i use the power button the screen blacks out within a second or two...verizon is not being very helpful

On your second tap, hold it on the screen for just a little longer. See if that helps at all.

Where is the proximity sensor located?

The proximity sensor is on the right of the front facing camera.

For me knock off works 100% anywhere on the screen while knock on just recently stopped working. Before last Saturday it was working 100 percent.

Same for me. The screen has a mind of it's own now. I've had the phone since launch day without any problems...It's definitely frustrating to say the least
