This rom is sweet. The 2.1 launcher is tight. You get 4 shortcut slots at the bottom, and it seems to not slow my phone down.
well i was gonna wait till this weekend to flash...just because i had to wipe all my data and didn't want to hassle with it during the week. but that all just went out the window.
somebody had better not release a rom that makes my droid hover the minute after i flash this...

You guys finally got me (figured if DA6 using it has to be stable) to try this rom and so far it really fast and I'm digging the new launcher. I will give it a good test this weekend and I'm sure it will pass. Lets see if it will break my current record of 5 days without switching to something new.
I am a believer now, runs smoother, much much better battery life, and not as hot as DM. And it gets updated every 3 days so I have something to do with my time haha. I would like the black status bar but I don't think any of the older themes will support koushs battery percentage indicator...
edit: used the smooth black bar from the cyanogen nexus one theme forum. It gets rid of the percentage indicator on the battery, but has run the same besides that.

Edit: I'm not able to use metamorph to apply any themes to my HTC_ime keyboard app... it says it's applied, but never is... Also, i restored my apps with Astro, but I noticed that they aren't showing up in the market under my downloads. will i receive notifications when things are update?

Any one else having issues with the Bluetooth on this? I can get it to pair up. When i get a call the BT beeps but can't pickup. If i answer on the phone it stays on the ear piece on the phone. If i hit the BT button on the phone it will light up but doesn't work and then the light turns off. Playing music I get no audio through the head phones as well (using stereo headphones).
When apps are restored via Astro the market will not notice them or alert you when there is an update.
Ok, just flashed the 5.0.4 ROM. It looks great and the launcher2 works great so far except for one thing. The default home screen is the 5th one over! Every time I hit home or exit the app drawer, it goes to that screen (which is blank). I thought I lost my icons ...

OK, I just figured out it has 7 home screens and "home" is in the middle. It just doesn't scroll over if there are no icons on a screen (past one blank screen).
right now im a little hesitant to upgrade. since i looked at it last night it went from version 5.0.4 to 5.0.4.1 and it seems that people are having some trouble with it. some are reporting battery is being used up too fast and other have mentioned that the temps are getting way too high (i think i saw it was t 40 degrees celcius at only 600 mghz). Bizz's post is also a bit concerning how his battery nose dived so low. and i have seen some people saying you need to wipe no matter what, even if you are upgrading?

I did an upgrade with no wipe, all is good but the bluetooth. Not to speak for Bizz but he did mention to me that the battery is better with the update from today.
i updated and have had no problems, bluetooth works fine for me. Temps are good (27 C) and battery is at 60% and been unplugged since like 10AM. I am running 5.0.4 only so no idea about the other new ones
Ok, so I just now realized I lost my drooooid sound on start up...is there a semi simple way to get it back?
