A few months ago went to my regular Verizon Store here in Denver and they installed one of their ballistic glass covers for my Note 5. It was a warranty replacement for the phone and they only charged me five bucks for the glass.
I noticed the glass was starting to delaminate big time and went in to show it to the folks there. They had me wait a few minutes then replaced and installed new glass... gratis! Very nice of the local folks at Verizon.
