Question Kyocera Duraforce Pro Question

Picked up an old Duraforce Pro and tried to get it operating. Put my SIM card in all good call/text. Can't get any mail apps to function. The onboard mail app says my outlook.com account is not recognized - downloaded the outlook.com and also EM client but it just spins forever. The apps are not connecting correctly with the server. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks for reading..

Welcome to Android Central! What Android version is it on? From what I can see, it shipped with Android 6.0, with a potential update to 7.1.

If you're trying to add an Outlook.com email address to the standard Email app, then you probably have to use an app password, not the password you created for your Outlook account: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...fication-5896ed9b-4263-e681-128a-a6f2979a7944
