I have the Note 10+ and the Asus RT-88AXU and Xfinity Gigabit internet. I get 975Mbps down and 45Mbps up via Wired. Now with my first AX device (Note 10) I get anywhere from 500 to 800Mbps down. I'm only pulling 2 streams from my router (it can do 4) and my phone advertised speed is showing 1.2Gbps. Someone elsewhere said take your phones advertised throughput connection speed and measure about 55% of that, and that is what I'm getting and I have no bottlenecks. So AX wasn't all that great as I get similar speeds on my old S8+. BTW my router has the latest Merlin firmware. I've tried enabling the 802.11ax HE Frame Support but it always say disabled after I enabled it and I've tried putting everything on auto thinking there was a prerequisite. Maybe someone has some tips, lol?

You're complaining about those speeds? I'd hate to see what you'd say if you saw mine.

Wow! There are folks around the country, in ill served parts of urban and especially in rural areas that if they receive from 5 to 25 mpbs... they would be tickled pink!

You're getting normal speeds. You won't get what you get in wired.

I hate Xfinity for the reason he stated.. they give him fiber to the house so he gets gigabit down and then they throttle upload to 45 Mbps. So dumb.

I have AT&T fiber. True 1 Gbps down AND up.

I have Xfinity boost and I get 300 mps and at this speed I am afraid the screen is going to fly out of the note. Very happy with my notes speed.

Sorry, these speeds are over docsis 3.1, not FTTH. I was able to get giahbit over docsis 3.0 b4 but Comcast doesn't like to do it as it's not efficient. And the upstream is over docsis 3.0, which is why I'm limited to 45Mbps, Xfinity doesn't offer anything faster in the whole country as of yet, unless you have FTTH.

As for others saying I'm complaining, I'm not. This thread was about speeds on Wi-Fi 6 phones with AX routers. And I should be getting faster than I am right now, with AX I should be getting faster than my gigabit Ethernet Port, which is my current bottleneck.

What is really crazy is that Comcast still enforces a 1 gigabit cap on data with the gigabit internet! I could actually use all my data in just over two hours with my speeds. That is a joke and shouldn't be allowed!

Ah yep almost forgot about that. That's another reason I love my AT&T fiber. Unlimited data was included.
