Large selection of texts not recieved

I have a Galaxy S10+ Just had latest patches installed Android 12 oneUI 4.1. After the update, I can send texts just fine but I can only recieve from a small subset of folks. It seems mostly AT&T are received bit not all (I have AT&T). I have factory reset and even got a replacement SIM from the carrier with no luck. Any ideas?

might not be sim related, swapping SIM doesn't guarantee that it's not a network issue.
Share the phone model number, software version and the messaging app (as well as its version) please.
